Before you proceed with the deletion of your Tabbit account, please ensure you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:
[Special Notice] Account deletion is an irreversible action. Once the deletion is complete, we will cease providing services to you and will handle your personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable laws and regulations.
To proceed with account deletion, your account must simultaneously meet the following conditions:
No Active Disputes: The account is not involved in any ongoing disputes, including but not limited to reports or complaints initiated by you or against you.
Normal Status: The account is in good standing and is not currently banned, frozen, or under any other restrictive measures.
Third-Party Decoupling: If you use third-party authentication (e.g., Google), it is recommended that you revoke the authorization link within the third-party platform prior to deletion.
Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. You will lose access to our services. Please back up your data manually before proceeding. Upon successful deletion:
You will no longer be able to log in to or use the current account (this does not, however, preclude you from registering a new account in the future);
You will be unable to retrieve any content or information created or entered under this account. All personal profiles, AI search records, conversation histories, and generated documents will be permanently erased.
We will process your data in strict compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA):
Once deleted, we will cease to retain your personal data or subject it to irreversible anonymization, such that the data can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where Singapore laws or regulations impose specific statutory retention requirements, we will continue to store such data securely for the legally mandated period; however, such data will no longer be processed for any business operations.
In accordance with the Singapore Electronic Transactions Act (ETA), this Agreement shall be deemed legally binding once you click the confirmation button on the interface and complete the system verification process.
For any matters not covered by this Agreement, the terms of the Tabbit User Service Agreement previously agreed upon between you and the platform shall prevail.
