To exercise the rights above, you may log in to the app/mini program with your account and operate on your own, or you may raise your requests on the rights above or other requests via the customer service email; we will reply to your request as soon as practical. We need reasonable time (depending on the complexity of your request) to process your request, and may ask for further information from you to verify your identity and confirm that you have the right to raise the corresponding request. Please note that we may no longer be able to provide services to you depending on the nature and scope of your request; and we may not be able to meet your corresponding request if your request may be in violation of laws and regulations or infringe the legitimate rights and interests of other third parties. We may also charge a reasonable fee on your request; provided, however, that you will be notified of the specific amount in advance.

You may delete your relevant personal information, either by directly contacting us or via our product. You can delete your account by clicking ["Personal Center" - "System Settings" - "Account and Security" - "Delete Account"]. You may also request the deletion of your personal information by emailing us. You understand and agree that once you delete your personal information from the Services by yourself or with our help, we may not immediately delete your information from the backup system subject to applicable laws, regulations, and relevant security technology. In such a case, we’ll store your personal information in a secure manner, separating it from any further data processing until such information is deleted or anonymized during the updating of our backup system.

3.1.1 Ensuring the Operation of Charging Services

When you use our charging services, we may collect device information to ensure the fundamental functionality of our services, maintain their normal operation, safeguard your account security, and enhance and optimize your overall service experience. Such device information includes the power level of your device (e.g.mobile phone) , device model, operating system, unique device identifiers and other log information. Please understand that this information is crucial for delivering the service and ensuring the normal operation of the product. If we detect that you are using our services for commercial, fraudulent, or illegal activities, we will take appropriate action, which may include suspending or terminating your access to our services.

 

3.1.2 Registration, Authentication, and Login to Charging Services
(i) When you register or log in to your Keeta power bank account, you can create an account using your phone number or email address. We will verify your identity by sending a verification code via SMS or email to ensure the validity of your account, helping you complete the registration or login process.
(ii)You may also log in to your Keeta power bank account using a third-party platform account (such as WeChat). Once you agree to this privacy policy, we will access your publicly available information from the third-party platform (including your profile picture, nickname, and any other information that you or the third-party platform allow us to retrieve). We will then link your third-party platform account with your Keeta power bank account, allowing you to log in and use our services directly through your third-party platform account.

 

3.1.3 Providing Charging Services
(i) The use of Keeta power bank is one of the core functions of our charging service. To enable this feature, we may collect and use your location information, after obtaining your explicit consent, in scenarios such as scanning, returning, locating, and other service-related situations:
Before you use the charging service for the first time, we will prompt you to choose whether to allow us to access your location information and under what circumstances we can retrieve it. During the use of the service, you can also modify your preferences at any time through your device settings to decide whether and under what conditions we can access your location information. Once we have your consent, we may obtain your location data through your IP address, GPS, and other sensors capable of providing relevant information (such as nearby devices, Wi-Fi access points, and base station information). This will show you the available power bank rental locations and return stations near your current location, provide navigation, and allow you to access related services without the need to manually enter geographic coordinates. You can also manually set your location or directly scan the corresponding QR code for use.

(ii) Scanning QR codes is a required permission to activate the core functionality of our charging service. To enable this feature, we may use camera permissions after obtaining your explicit consent in scanning scenarios:
Before using the charging service for the first time, we will prompt you to choose whether to allow us to access your camera. During the use of the service, you can also change the camera permissions at any time through your device settings. Once we have your consent, you can authorize us to access your camera by scanning the QR code to collect the necessary data, enabling us to determine the corresponding rental locations and allow you to rent a power bank.

 

  1. Providing Payment Settlement Functions
    When you use the payment function, we will only initiate payment requests to the third-party payment platform already installed on your device. This process will not collect your name or any other information you have bound to the third-party payment platform, nor will we provide any information you have given to us or generated during the use of charging services to the third-party payment platform. To verify payment details such as deposits, we may need to collect order and payment information related to your use of third-party payment, including payment method, amount, payment status, etc.

If you are a merchant, to facilitate payment settlement, we may collect your receipt type, bank name, bank account number, account holder name, bank region/country, currency, etc.

 

  1. Providing Deposit-Free Services (if available)
    When you apply for a deposit-free service, we will request your authorization to collect the credit evaluation results from third-party agencies. This allows us to verify the results and provide you with the appropriate deposit-free service. Please note that we will only use your credit evaluation results for verification purposes and will not process or analyze your credit status or repayment ability. If you do not agree to the collection of such information, you may be unable to access some or all of our services.

    To ensure the security of your account, transactions, and system operation, and to comply with relevant legal regulations and our agreement terms, we may, with your authorization, collect information about your device during your use of our services.
